We guarantee your complete satisfaction.  If you are not completely satisfied with a translation for which you have paid and you notify us within 5 days of the date the translation was delivered to you, we will work on the translation until you are completely satisfied.

There are no refunds for unused prepaid words.  There is no time limit on their use.  They never expire.

If you make a payment in error, for example, click on PayPal payment more than once by accident, we will refund the payment made in error minus the transaction fee charged by PayPal.

If you paid for a particular type of mail service and the mail service did not deliver your translation when it said it would, we will refund the difference between the service you paid for and the next lower service.  For example, if you ordered express mail and were guaranteed a delivery time, if the mail service does not deliver by the guaranteed time, you will be refunded the difference between express mail and priority mail.
